IN-HOUSE DESIGNS
CLIENT PROPOSAL DOCUMENT
While interning with Mabble Media, I was assigned the task to update, create and design their new 30-page Project Proposal document, in coordination with another graphic designer who was leading their 2024 brand refresh.

CLIENT PROPOSAL DOCUMENT
Meeting with department heads weekly, we were able to consolidate, fix and update proposal information across all media departments, providing our sales team with a document that was adjustable on-the-fly to his propositional needs. Team members also used this 30 page document as a pricing reference when pitching additional work or re-adjusting contracts when clients request extra collateral/deliverables.
Each page was hand crafted to fit varying amounts of information in a stylistic and cohesive way. Although the majority of the copywriting was outsourced by our sales team, I was also in charge of rewriting large sections of copy as well.
SONOMA'S BEST HOSPITALITY GROUP
While working alongside my supervisor, I designed two 11-15 page digital magazines to help SBHG's sales team advertise and connect with potential wedding venue shoppers. With over four different major locations, Sonoma's Best venues cater magical experiences for future union seekers. I also designed official letterhead for their vendor guideline agreements.

VENDOR AGREEMENT LETTERHEAD
Sonoma's Best restaurant The Depot needed a webpage add-on to help guide any clients looking to book space for larger parties, weddings or special events. Using our brand guidelines, I created a web-page that successfully communicated this new venue update while maintaining a consistent online presence.

THE DEPOT WEBPAGE ADD-ON (SQUARESPACE)

An assortment of graphics were created for event advertising on Cornerstone Sonoma's website. The client was offering Farm Tours for their gardens from the on-site horticulturists. Each year the gardens produce tomatoes, squash, lettuce an an abundance of other produce that is then used on-site at their globally recognized Michelin Star restaurant, Folktable, which also resides on Cornerstone property.
GARDEN EVENT GRAPHICS

A circus group, by the name Cirque De Boheme, had a show scheduled for the holiday season at Cornerstone Sonoma. I was in charge of creating a printed sign and street banner (24"x36" and 8'x4'), digital advertisements and social media posts for their marketing group to use to promote the event and sell tickets.
I also worked alongside my mentor, Liz, to edit and redo copywriting for their social posts, e-blasts and website.
